Is there a setup fee?

No. There are no setup fees on any of our packages. 

Are my payment details required when I sign up?

No. You can sign up and use Tastelocal for 14 days without entering your payment details. At the end of your trial you will need to choose a package and enter your payment details or close your TasteLocal web shop.

Can I cancel my Tastelocal web shop at any time?

Yes. If you ever decide that Tastelocal isn’t the best ecommerce platform for your business, simply cancel your web shop. You will still be a part of the Tastelocal food community if you cancel your web shop.

How long are your contracts?

All Tastelocal packages are month to month unless you sign up for an annual.

Do you offer any discounted packages?

Yes, if you sign up for an annual package you get 2 months for free. Annual subscriptions are paid upfront.

Can I change my package later on?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your package at any time.

Are there any transaction fees?

When using credit cards, there will be additional fees of 2,9% + € 0,30 and 2,6% + € 0,30 for our Tastelocal Starter Webshop and Tastelocal Premium Webshop packages, respectively.

To support the food community and services like online support, payment solutions and handling of payout, a community fee of 5 % and 2 % for our Tastelocal Starter Webshop and Tastelocal Premium Webshop packages, will be charged from the sellers.
